RedotPay's Multi-Currency Wallet collection covers Currency Account services. Current public pages list EUR for European operations and GBP for UK operations. They do not publicly list a PHP Currency Account, so a user in the Philippines should not treat residence alone as eligibility.

The Help Center says RedotPay is a fintech provider, not a bank, and that appropriately licensed financial institutions provide the Currency Account service. If the feature is visible, read the provider and account details shown in your app.
